Training process
The program consists of three stages:
- The first stage typically takes about 2.5 months, involving approximately 15 hours of weekly commitment. Everything will start with the kick-off meeting, where you will receive detailed guidance for your learning journey. Within two weeks, you will undertake an exam and interview with a recruiter to proceed. During the following training phase, you will gain access to the SAP S/4 HANA system, develop an individual project, participate in Q&A sessions and receive real-time support from trainers via chat.
- Successful defense of your project will qualify you for the next stage, which typically lasts around 2 months with a similar weekly time investment of 15 hours. This phase comprises webinars, practical assignments, individual project work, and regular Q&A sessions with trainers.
- Advancement to the final and most advanced stage is based on your project outcomes and technical interview results. This last stage, lasting approximately 2 months with a commitment of about 15 hours per week, includes participation in advanced webinars, completion of assigned tasks, further development of your individual project, and ongoing discussions during Q&A sessions.
Upon completing the program successfully, you will have the opportunity to align your career path with your demonstrated skills and explore available opportunities within EPAM.
What is required for training:
- English fluency at the Intermediate level (B1) or higher
- Understanding of object-oriented programming
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of RDBMS and SQL
How to get started?
- Register on this page by May 15. Once you fill in all the required fields and attach the CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox or notifications tab.
- Take an English test available in your profile. You should complete it within 5 days after your registration and reach the B1 (Intermediate) level result to proceed.
- Receive an invitation to the program and join the course. We will inform you of the enrollment results by June 3 and share further instructions for your learning journey if you are admitted.

Stage 1 – 2,5 months. This stage focuses on Classic ABAP and embraces:

Stage 2 – 2 months. This stage is devoted to ABAP OOP and includes:
- ABAP Objects
- ALV Grid
- Clean Code
- Unit Test
- SAP ERP Overview
- SAP ERP (S4 & ECC) Extensibility Overview
- End-to-end Business Processes
Stage 3 – 2 months. This stage primarily deals with Modern SAP Development and features:
- ABAP for HANA
- ABAP CDS Views Concept
- SAP NetWeaver Gateway
- Web Services (SOAP), REST, OData
- SAP BTP Overview
- ABAP RAP
- Fiori Templates

- You will have interim testing and interviews with a recruiter between training stages, so be prepared to showcase your knowledge and skills.
